Ema's Traditional Ball Soup
Yum Yum! These chicken meatballs are traditional Italian Wedding Soup meatballs.This is just packaged matzo ball soup mix [to make matzo balls follow package instructions] and chicken meatballs made from
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 c bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/3 c parmigiana cheese
1/2 t Italian seasoning
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t pepper
3/4 t salt
Mix all together form into small balls and brown the outside. Throw all the balls [matzo and chicken] into the boiling soup and cook for 20 mins.
